We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the IT & Digital Transformation Office for max. 20 hours/week for our location in Hamburg at the earliest possible date.

The role and your tasks

As a working student (m/f/d) you will gain practical experience and contribute to the digital initiatives of our company.

Your tasks include:

• Assist in the optimization of digital processes and contribute to innovative solutions
• Work alongside colleagues on ongoing projects
• Set up and execute change management activities to support digital transformation efforts
• Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Help track project progress, create status reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the company's SharePoint communication site to enhance internal communications.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for colleagues on new digital tools and processes.

Your profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) with a focus on technical or business disciplines
• Strong organisational skills and able to manage several tasks simultaneously in a structured and efficient manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a real team player (m/f/d)
• Committed to tackling challenges and proactively finding solutions to complete tasks successfully 
• Confident in dealing with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge in MS Office 365 applications, including in the use of MS SharePoint 
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
